"I am a woman in my 50's who had always wondered why she wasn't more confident with both her appearance and herself. I had sought help three other times; the first time when I was 25 and got nowhere. "Early this year (2007), we finally felt we had exhausted all our 'parenting' options. We'd tried everything; but after a very hectic last three years with many tumultuous changes our lovely eight year old daughter was not the fun happy girl we remembered. She was constantly grumpy, sad and pessimistic and seemed to have lost her glow. I had done a little reading about Core Belief Engineering but really didn't know much. "When I came to see Esther I was desperately struggling with jealousy issues. Jealousy was consuming me, my marriage and relationships with family. I had tried everything to solve this problem and deal with my obsessive repetitive thoughts. Things would work out for a while and then I would go back to square one. Doing CBE and working with Esther has helped me to not only see the cause and root of my jealousy but more importantly to get rid of it once and for all! Instead of looking outside of myself for acceptance, I started looking within and a deep sense of trust and love for myself took over. As a result, my marriage and relationships with family have improved dramatically. I can be myself at all times and I know that I am loved.
